Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, Therapy LINQ will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle, which occurs on the 15th of each month. Therapy LINQ will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. Providers are required to cancel their subscription by the 1st of the month to allow for a 2-week turnaround time and avoid automatic payment on the 15th. Subscribers are required to provide a valid payment method for automatic billing. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription month if canceled after the billing date. The monthly subscription is non-transferable to another user or account. Annual Subscription: By purchasing an annual subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year, and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then-current annual subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the next annual billing cycle. The annual subscription must be canceled at least 30 days before the subscription renewal date to avoid charges for the new year. Subscription Renewal: The annual subscription will automatically renew on the specified date each year unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Grace Period: If the cancellation request is received within the 30-day period prior to the subscription renewal date, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription term, and the charges for the new year will apply. We will send a reminder email 45 days before the subscription renewal date, informing you of the upcoming renewal and the deadline for cancellation. Refunds: If you cancel your annual subscription within the 30-day period, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription term. Non-Transferable: The annual subscription is non-transferable to another user or account.
